LMS-UNLIMITED is managed by Louis M. Schultz, Founder and CEO. It employs a core group of consultants who bring multidimensional skills to every project. It also contracts with leading professionals with specialized skills to insure that the clients always receive high quality expertise designed to address their specific marketing challenge. Louis M Schultz

Chairman and CEO

 


 

One of the most dynamic and respected figures in the communications industry, Lou Schultz retired in January 2002 from Initiative Media, which was a $23 billion global media services company. For three years he remained and active consultant to Interpublic and had worked on many integrated marketing and International projects for IPG and its clients. In 2003, Schultz created LMS-UNLIMITED LLC, which is a full service independent communications consultancy specializing in providing clients with strategic vision and integrated solutions to meet their diverse marketing requirements. Clients have included General Motors, Disney, The Home Depot, Coca Cola, SQAD and many others. He has also been a consultant to start up companies in the emerging wireless marketing space and helped to create, define and launch a new start up marketing services company in this "hot" new media marketplace.

 

Lou joined Initiative in 1999 and became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer , Initiative Worldwide in July 2000. Prior to going to Initiative, he served as Vice Chairman of Campbell-Ewald Advertising Agency and President and Chief Executive Officer of CE communications, an agency specializing in traditional and interactive advertising and relationship marketing. During his leadership all three companies experienced phenomenal growth from organic and new business. Initiative nearly doubled its billings, CE Communications, doubled its revenue and tripled it's profit and, in just 18 months, Campbell - Ewald's new business efforts resulted in a 30 percent growth in revenue. 

 

Schultz has also received many industry awards including being named Mediaweek's Media Director of the Year, one of Advertising Age's " Top 15 Agency Innovators", Sporting New's "Top 50 Most Powerful " figures in sports. He was also the recipient of Adweek's "First Annual President's Award". he also received Michigan State University's Distinguished Alumni Award in June 1992. 

 

In summary, Lou's basic philosophy is best summed up in his personal mantra: " The most effective way to cope with change is to help create it".

 
 
Diane L. Schultz

Partner

Diane is an experienced journalist and writer who has practiced her profession for over fifteen years by writing for many consumer and business publications. However her first full-time job was being a mother to three children and when they reached school age she entered college and attained a BA in Journalism from Wayne State University. She then spent the early part of her career, working for CE Communications/Publications as a feature writer. She has also produced many freelance articles and even was involved in television production. She also worked for McCann Erickson, an advertising agency, as an advertising writer for over 18 months when she decided to return to school. In 2002, she received her MA in English Literature from Oakland University. 

 

Today, Diane continues to write feature stories, as well as providing Public Relations and Advertising copy for many clients. She also is the owner of "The Little Art Gallery" in Sarasota, Florida and Edwards, Colorado. The Sarasota studio is located in the Towles Court Art District and Diane does all of their Advertising and Public Relations.

Andre G. Meli

West Coast Business Development

  Andrea is a young entrepreneur who has crossed the United States in search of new business opportunities. While trained as a massage therapist, she has established new sales and marketing enterprises in Michigan and Colorado. She has boundless energy, unparallel optimism and uncanny insight into trends that appeal to the under thirty generation. She and her partner, Jason Steingold. currently live in California and are concentrating on the entertainment industry as account managers and developers of new event marketing programs built around a combination of music and night clubs and radio. For LMS-UNLIMITED, Andrea serves as a new business maven and ideation specialist. She also manages local account assignments.

 

Frank L. Meli

Creative

Frank is a young creative dynamo who brings incredible insight and ideas to the company. He has done several short subject cd's and has been trained in all forms of editing including the AVID and Final Cut Pro. His approach to the creative process is to try to take something that could be mundane and combine the elements of music, art and editing to create an impact statement for the client that rivets the viewers to their seats. To say that he takes a bold approach to the creative process is and understatement. Frank is also an actor whose experience in front of the camera helps guide his process behind it. And not content to rest on his laurels, he also continued his education because he believes that you can never learn enough.

 

Jason Steingold

Music/Entertainment Marketing

A 1999 graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Finance, Jason has spent the vast majority of his career working in the creative world by concentrating on the entertainment industry and event marketing. He initially opened his own business in Michigan where he developed over 100 music related promotional events for clients. His largest client was Clear Channel Radio. In addition he is an experienced DJ who is in great demand through out the LA basin and he has worked for major corporations at events such as the auto shows. He has appeared all over the country. 

 

Since moving to LA a few years ago, he has worked for PIC-TV in sales and Initiative in media buying. Currently he is concentrating on new media, namely MYSPACE.com where he is an account manager. he is a creative resource to LMS-UNLIMITED works on selective California projects in the California market.
