THIRD SCREENMARKETING:

For the past year, we have been a major consultant and advisor to a start up company in the wireless communications marketing space. In fact, we served as an interim non-executive Chairman during the consultancy contract. This company uses mobile/cellular phones to create integrated and highly targeted communications to consumers using the cell phone with IVR and web based interfaces and full direct marketing and m-commerce capabilities. This contract ended 6/30/05.

Our assignment was to develop the marketing and advertising strategies and launch platform for a new marketing services and media company based on a mobile marketing platform. We developed the full Marketing plan, the Advertising executions and all presentation materials, the Public Relations programs and the major launch materials and event activities. We also created the entire sales strategy and set up over 50 major presentations to manufacturers and Advertising Agencies and media companies. Our efforts helped to generate incredible initial interest by potential clients and resulted in several assignments from top tier automotive, entertainment and broadcast media corporations.

It should be noted the our management team has a long term involvement with new media and was at the forefront in the development of cable and internet/interactive media technologies. The management guided clients through the developmental stages and created their communication and investment plans for these new media.
